Sciacchetrà is one of Liguria's most authentic wines: a sweet passito, born from a patient practice — the drying of the grapes — handed down for centuries on the terraces suspended above the sea in the Cinque Terre. Today it is recognised as a true Ligurian excellence, protected as a Slow Food Presidium.
