La Lampara was born in the heart of Riomaggiore, among the steep alleyways and sea views of the Cinque Terre. It is a family restaurant: founded in 1985, when our parents decided to turn their passion for hospitality into a family business.
Today it is us, three brothers, carrying that legacy forward: having grown up working side by side with our parents, between the dining room and the kitchen, we've made that same spirit our own.
We don't see ourselves as mere restaurateurs, but as custodians of the territory: our kitchen draws on Ligurian tradition while remaining open to contemporary creativity, in a balance between respect for our roots and the desire to tell something new.
